Batting Cage Tokens
Purchase tokens and hit off of our state-of-the-art pitching machines that offer varying speeds for both baseball and slow pitch softball. Ranging from 25mph to 70mph, players can choose their desired speed to improve their skills and technique. A token is 20 pitches.

Membership Options
Enjoy an hour of immersive training in our state-of-the-art cages, on the mound, or in the designated fielding area. We are open from 12 pm to 8 pm on weekdays, 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays, and 1pm to 6pm on Sundays. To ensure availability, we recommend calling ahead to reserve your preferred cage. Choose from our selection of five top-notch cages.
Bring along a friend and they can join you for just $25, utilizing a single cage. As a bonus, this membership will receive unlimited tokens, allowing you to maximize your training experience. Please note that we provide three tokens at a time.
We also offer discounted prices for lessons with the purchase of a membership, with a package of eight sessions available for just $300. Meet the GBC staffAlan Ashkinazy founded the Greensboro Batting Center in February of 1987. Alan grew up in the streets of New York City and brings a tough enthusiasm to the game of baseball. After graduating from The New York Institute of Technology, he was drafted by The Boston Red Sox and played for The Greensboro Hornets in 1985 and 1986.
STRENGTH AND SPEED AND AGILITYCarmine Pagano and Carolina Acceleration offers a customized acceleration and strength program that assesses an athlete’s strength, flexibility, and endurance, tailoring a plan for each individual. The program uses innovative training techniques for athletes of all ages and skill sets and is customized to fit. This includes weight training, treadmill analysis to improve running mechanics, plyometrics to improve balance, agility, and vertical jump, and strength training to increase power.
