SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A POLICY REGARDING SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS FOR LESSONS. GBC PAYS IT’S INSTRUCTORS REGARDLESS; THEREFORE, ANY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS ON THE DAY OF THE LESSON WILL BE CHARGED. EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE REVIEWED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS, AS WE STRIVE TO BE UNDERSTANDING AND ACCOMMODATING.
If I book lessons in bulk at 5, 10, 15, or 20, do I have to schedule all the lessons at one time?
No, you can purchase the lessons now and use them up to one year after purchase. You have the flexibility to schedule your lessons at your convenience within the validity period. To book your lessons, simply visit your customer panel and log in to access the booking functionality.
How long is the validity period for the bulk lessons I purchase?
The bulk lessons you purchase have a validity period of one year. This means you have up to one year from the date of purchase to schedule and complete all the lessons you have bought.
Can I schedule my lessons individually or do I have to book them all at once?
You have the freedom to schedule your lessons individually according to your preferences. You don’t have to book them all at once. This allows you to plan your lessons based on your availability and other commitments.
How do I access the customer panel to schedule my lessons?
To access the customer panel and schedule your lessons, you need to log in using your credentials. The login information is your email and the password you created when you scheduled your first lessons.
This is provided to you when you scheduled your first lesson with us. Once you log in, you’ll be able to view your account details, as well as your current and past lessons.
What happens if I don’t use up all my purchased bulk lessons within the one-year validity period?
If you don’t use up all your purchased bulk lessons within the one-year validity period, they will expire and become unavailable for scheduling. It’s important to plan your lessons and make sure to utilize them before the expiration date to make the most of your purchase. We encourage you to schedule your lessons in a timely manner to avoid any missed opportunities.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson once it’s been booked?
Yes, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule a lesson. As long as you make the changes within 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, you are able to reschedule or cancel without any penalty.
